Faircloth might wish he had worked the last area a little slower. We ran a little further north to the area he caught his big bass, and there was a boat sitting right on top of it.
They weren't fishing, though. Instead, they were skiing or trying to get a skier up on plane.
Whatever they were doing, it might have helped. Faircloth just set the hook and reeled in one that allowed him to cull.
We still think he's around the 17 to 18 mark, needing a big bite to make a difference.
