Evers plugging away

Today is a little different than the previous two days. This time yesterday the sun was bearing down.

Two days ago it was pouring rain, then we had sun.

Today it's all clouds and the wind is a smidge stiffer. Not rough yet but you can see where it could get that way.

Evers is just slowly working the main-lake bank in relatively shallow water. Pitching to docks, grass mats and anything else that might hold a bass.

While the other leaders have respectable catches in their well. He still has the one small bass caught about an hour ago.

He's not too worried or doesn't seem to be. He told us he caught three big ones yesterday doing this and lost three more.

In his typical easy-style of fishing, he just keeps plugging away.
