We've been searching for anglers and cell phone service on the upper end of Bull Shoals Lake. We're finding more anglers than phone service. Here's a quick rundown:
- Zell Rowland was struggling at 9:30 and had only one keeper in the boat.
- Mike McClelland was culling at 9:45. He said he'd caught 7 keepers and had about 11 1/2 pounds.
- Bill Lowen at 10 o'clock is "catching the snot out of them" and has about 11 pounds. He caught two on two casts as we pulled up to him.
- Boyd Duckett just boated past us. "That's the first boat I've seen in here in three days," Lowen said.
