‘You gotta fish so slow it’s painful’

Shortly after catching his 6-pounder. Ohio angler Bill Lowen told us, “You gotta fish so slow it’s painful.” 

Lowen talked about setting his lure on a rock and shaking it slowly. After he calmed down from the big catch he said the fish may have been closer to 5 pounds.
