Randy Howell just moved to the same location as Takahiro Omori. Before stopping Howell made a slow, zigzag pass across the flat, presumably scanning the area with his electronics. Both anglers are at a familiar place, the Decatur Flats, and the wind is kicking up to a breeze.
Howell also switched to a Carolina Rig that he’s fishing across a shell bed. Nearby Omori, casting a swimbait, just hooked up and has landed another keeper weighing about 3 pounds.
