CELEBRATION, Fla. — Due to low lake levels that currently exist on Lake Worth in Fort Worth, Texas, BASS is relocating Days 3 and 4 of the first Bassmaster Major, called the Bassmaster Memorial, to Lake Benbrook. The first two days of competition still will be held on Eagle Mountain Lake. The tournament will take place May 18-21, 2006.

"It is an unfortunate situation, as we were excited to visit Fort Worth for the first time in BASS history," said Don Rucks, BASS vice president and general manager. "But we believe the anglers will be just as successful on Lake Benbrook."

Anglers will launch from Benbrook Marina, 301 Lakeview Drive, in Benbrook at 6:50 a.m. and fish a six-hole course. Weigh-ins and the ESPN Outdoors Expo at the Bassmaster Memorial will be at the Will Rogers Coliseum in Fort Worth. The tournament will feature same-day coverage on ESPN2 on Sunday, May 21, at 7 p.m. ET.
