We left McDade and headed upriver. Halfway back we passed Jeff Kriet, so it's clear that he abandoned the pond by the ramp sooner than he did yesterday

Fred expressed disappointment with his results so far. He'd planned to come in here, sack a quick limit and leave but he just has "a couple." Now he's likely committed to the area for the day. Meanwhile he had to witness Martens catch two fish in a ten minute stretch.
