2011 Bassmaster Classic Outdoor Expo

Traffic is steady at the Bassmaster Outdoor Expo.

Exhibiting for the second time in as many years, Stephen Headrick, owner and operator of Punisher Lures, LLC., couldn't be happier with the way things are going at the 2011 Bassmaster Classic Outdoor Expo presented by Dick's Sporting Goods. "It's been a great show so far. We've had enough traffic to keep us busy but not so much as to swamp us.

We pride ourselves at Punisher Lures on developing one on one relationships with our customers and our angling friends. This show has really helped us do that. "We've been able to teach several guys how to float and fly fish and demonstrate why I think hair jigs are superior to other products for most applications. It's not only been financially profitable for us but also mentally rewarding. I love the Expo."
With the help of B.A.S.S. Publications Senior Editor Ken Duke and legendary Sports Afield fishing editor Homer Circle, underwater photographer, educator and sportsman, Glen Lau, has authored a new book about bass fishing. Bass Forever tells Lau's story as well as all he has learned from more than 15,000 hours of observing bass underwater and documenting their lives on film.

The book covers how big bass live, feed and procreate. There's also plenty of material on bass fishing and weather, bass behavior and moon phases, seasonal patterns, water temperature and feeding habits, the most effective ways to fish all types of lures and a host of other subjects that are sure to be of interest. The book is available at the Whitefish Press booth.
